Also belonging to REQUIMTE, LESLIE CARLYLE joined DCR in 2009, previously she was Head of the Conservation Department at Tate, UK. Between 2002-2005 she was the Principal Investigator for 2 research projects (598k €) funded by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research and instrumental in furthering one of these projects in the UK (450k €). She has published widely and is recognised for her significant contributions to the international field of Technical Art History. Currently she supervises 3 Masters and 2 PhD students in FCT which are collaborative projects with European partners. She also holds advisory positions in European research and conservation treatment initiatives.
